Sneak Peek: The Bajaj Pulsar N150 - Where Power Meets Style

Bajaj Pulser N 160

Introducing the Bajaj Pulsar N150, a fusion of the P150 and N160 models within the beloved Pulsar lineup from Bajaj Auto. This eagerly anticipated addition to the Pulsar family has been making waves, with leaked images surfacing at various dealerships. It's a seamless blend of the P150's robust engine and the N160's sleek body and styling. With units already making their way to dealers, the official launch is expected to be just around the corner.

When it comes to motorcycle lineups, Bajaj's Pulsar is unparalleled in its diversity. With models ranging from 125cc to 250cc, there's a Pulsar for every rider. Bajaj has even teased the arrival of their "biggest Pulsar" by the end of the financial year, with rumors suggesting a substantial 294cc engine displacement. Among the six new Pulsar launches slated for this period, the Pulsar N150 is likely to be the first in line, thanks to the sightings of units in showrooms.

As seen in a video from The Sameer Vlogs YouTube channel, the Pulsar N150 inherits the Pulsar P150's powertrain but dons the striking body of the N160. However, there's more to it than meets the eye. Notably, two colors have been spotted in dealerships—one resembling the Racing Red of the N160 and a fresh hue reminiscent of the Pearl Metallic White seen on the Pulsar NS160. The latter is particularly eye-catching and could potentially grace the N160 and N250 as well.

Compared to the Pulsar P150, the upcoming Pulsar N150 shares the same bi-LED projector headlight setup and LED DRLs, lending it a sharper and more aggressive appearance akin to the N160. While most design elements align with the N160, the wheels and tires are borrowed from the Pulsar P150, albeit with wider rubber (90/90 front and 120/80 rear). Currently, all observed units at dealerships feature a single-piece seat, but a split-seat option is highly probable.

Under the hood, the Pulsar N150 will house a powertrain akin to the Pulsar P150, featuring a 149.68cc single-cylinder engine delivering 14.29 bhp and 13.5 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Notable features include a USB phone charger, a bezel-less semi-digital instrument cluster, single disc brakes at both ends, single-channel ABS, and an underbelly exhaust.

The launch of the Bajaj Pulsar N150 is anticipated in the near future. Considering that the Pulsar P150 starts at Rs. 1.2 lakh and the Pulsar N160 at Rs. 1.31 lakh (both prices ex-showroom), the new Pulsar N150 is expected to be competitively priced, likely around Rs. 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it between these two models.
