Royal Enfield enthusiasts, gear up for an adventure as the much-anticipated Himalayan 452 specs have been officially revealed ahead of its impending launch. This rugged beauty will be available in a vibrant spectrum of five color options – Hanle Black, Kamet White, Slate Himalayan Salt, Slate Poppy Blue, and Kaza Brown.
Under the hood, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 packs a punch with its 451.65cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, single-cylinder engine. It roars to life, producing 40.02 PS at 8000 RPM and delivering a torque of 40 Nm at 5500 RPM. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slip and assist clutch, this bike promises an exhilarating ride. Notably, the engine's idle RPM clocks in at 1300 RPM.
Taking on rough terrains, the Himalayan 452 boasts impressive suspension with a 43 mm upside-down fork upfront, offering 200 mm of wheel travel, and a linkage-type monoshock at the rear, also with 200 mm of wheel travel. The bike's front and rear tires measure 90/90-21 and 140/80-17, respectively. Braking duties are handled by a 320 mm disc at the front with a double-piston caliper and a 270 mm disc at the rear with a single-piston caliper. Moreover, it comes equipped with a switchable dual-channel ABS.

In terms of technology, the Himalayan 452 is a step ahead with an all-new 4-inch digital instrument cluster featuring a TFT display and phone connectivity. It's geared up for navigation powered by Google Maps and even comes with media controls. The bike offers different ride modes – Eco, Performance (ABS on), and Performance (ABS off), catering to various riding preferences. Additionally, it's equipped with a USB-C charging port for added convenience.
