Revved Up and Refined: Tata Unveils Altroz Racer Concept in Striking Dual-Tone, Alongside Safari Dark and Harrier EV Concepts
Tata Motors has unveiled the updated Altroz Racer concept, showcasing a vibrant dual-tone orange and black exterior. The sporty design includes distinctive features such as dark headlights, black multispoke alloy wheels, and a prominent roof-mounted spoiler.
Inside, the cabin follows the black and orange theme, with highlights on stitching, the steering wheel, AC vents, upholstery lines, and ambient lighting around the center console and footwell. Notable features include an all-digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, and the introduction of a heads-up display (HUD) for the first time in Tata cars.
The Altroz Racer will be powered by a 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine borrowed from the Nexon, generating 120 HP and 170 Nm of torque, competing directly with rivals like the Hyundai i20 N Line.
Additionally, Tata Motors has showcased the Safari Dark edition with an all-black exterior, alloy wheels, and gloss black elements. The facelifted version maintains a dual-tone red and dark interior. The Harrier EV concept, originally presented at the 2023 Auto Expo, retains its appearance but features a new dark green color, resembling the Camo edition. While official specs haven't been disclosed, it's expected to offer an impressive range of up to 500 km on a single charge.
