Luxury Redefined: JLR Slashes Range Rover Velar Prices by Rs 6.40 Lakh in India

JLR India has implemented a significant price reduction of Rs 6.40 lakh for the Range Rover Velar, bringing the SUV's new ex-showroom price to Rs 87.90 lakh.

The introduction of the Range Rover Velar facelift in July last year marked a key update for the Indian market, with the SUV exclusively offered in the top-spec HSE trim. The facelift brought notable enhancements, including new pixel LED headlights, LED DRLs, redesigned tail lights, and a fresh rear bumper. Inside the Velar, drivers can experience a luxurious environment featuring an 11.4-inch curved touchscreen, 4-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, powered front seats with heating and ventilation functions, a powered tailgate, and a premium Meridian audio system.

The Velar, available in India, offers two engine options: a 2.0-litre petrol engine generating 247 BHP and 365 Nm, and a 2.0-litre diesel variant producing 201 BHP and 430 Nm. Equipped with a four-wheel-drive system and air suspension that allows a 40 mm reduction in ride height in 'Elegant Arrival' mode, the Velar ensures a versatile and sophisticated driving experience.
