Jawa Revs Up the Festive Season with Stylish Upgrades to Jawa 42 and Yezdi Roadster

Ahead of the festive season, Jawa has introduced updated versions of the Jawa 42 and the Yezdi Roadster, both now offering fresh color options and enhanced features. The Jawa 42, priced at Rs. 1.98 lakhs (ex-showroom), comes in a Dual Tone variant with several notable changes. These include clear lens indicators, shorter fenders, a revamped dimpled fuel tank, and stylish diamond-cut alloy wheels. The engine and exhaust components receive a Raven texture finish, adding a contrasting touch to the dual-tone color schemes.

The Jawa 42's new color choices encompass Cosmic Rock, Infinity Black, Starship Blue, and Celestial Copper. To match its sportier aesthetics, the bike's seat has undergone a redesign. Additionally, this variant boasts a redesigned bash plate, fresh handlebar-mounted mirrors, and updated handlebar grips. The motorcycle retains its robust 294.7cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, delivering 27.3 PS and 26.8 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed gearbox and dual-channel ABS.

On the other hand, the Yezdi Roadster has been tailored to be more touring-friendly. Priced at Rs. 2.08 lakhs (ex-showroom), it offers ergonomic improvements, such as repositioned rider foot pegs, moved forward by 155 mm, and a taller handlebar. Customers can choose between this new variant and the existing Roadster, allowing them to select the rider triangle that suits their preferences.

The Yezdi Roadster also receives design enhancements, featuring a sportier knee recess, premium diamond-cut alloy wheels, and the Raven texture finish on the engine and exhaust components. New handlebar grips, handlebar-mounted mirrors, and an updated exhaust system complete the package. This model is available in four fresh colors, including three dual-tone options: Rush Hour Red, Forest Green, and Lunar White, as well as a solid theme in Shadow Grey.

Powering the Yezdi Roadster is a robust 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, delivering 29.5 PS and 28.9 Nm of torque, complemented by dual-channel ABS for added safety.
