Dark Elegance Unleashed: Tata Motors Introduces Nexon and Nexon EV Dark Editions with Striking Features and Competitive Prices

Tata Motors has recently unveiled the Nexon Dark and Nexon EV Dark editions, with prices starting at Rs. 11.45 lakhs and Rs. 19.49 lakhs (ex-showroom), respectively.

The Nexon Dark edition carries a premium of approximately Rs. 35,000/- over the mid-spec Creative trim. Customers can choose between the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with manual and automatic transmission options or the 1.5-litre diesel engine with manual and AMT choices. Key features include wireless charging, a concealed capacitive touch panel for automatic climate control, and black leatherette seats.

In contrast, the Nexon EV Dark edition, priced around Rs. 10,000/- higher than the top-spec Empowered + LR variant, boasts a 145 HP electric motor and a 40.5kWh battery pack, providing an ARAI-tested range of 465 km.

Tata's flagship SUVs, the Harrier and Safari, continue to offer Dark editions at the same prices since their launch last October. The Harrier Dark edition is available in mid-spec Pure and Adventure variants, along with the top-spec Fearless variant. The Safari Dark edition caters to mid-tier Pure, Adventure, and top-spec Accomplished variants. Both SUVs feature a 2.0-litre diesel engine with manual and torque converter automatic gearbox options. The Harrier is priced from Rs. 19.99 lakhs, and the Safari starts at Rs. 20.69 lakhs (ex-showroom).
